“For Colored Girls By Nino

“For Colored Girls” was created from my love of videography. I gave myself a challenge to create something in an hour before I went to work for a video. This piece symbolizes my representation of how I view a black woman. Just like a black and grey image, a black woman to me holds a lot of power and strength without having to do too much. The bursts of color represents the different flavors of a black woman.
